Exchange and Return Policy

At Teepgy, we aim to provide you with a satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our exchange and return policy below:

Return Policy: We do not offer returns on any of our products. Additionally, please note that Teepgy is not responsible for returns resulting from incorrect pin codes or mobile numbers provided by the customer.

Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation requests must be made prior to shipping. Please note that custom-designed items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, regular listed t-shirts may be exchanged.

Q. What if there is a size problem and you want to exchange it?

Teepgy offers a one-time size exchange service for in-store half sleeve graphic t-shirts (non-merchandise products) only. Exchanges are not available for hoodies (solid & graphic), sweatshirts (solid & graphic), crop top hoodies (solid & graphic), solid half sleeve t-shirts, solid full sleeve t-shirts, graphic full sleeve t-shirts, and mobile covers. Please contact us promptly via Email/Facebook/WhatsApp or by phone to initiate the exchange process. We recommend referring to our Size Guide to resolve any size-related issues before making a purchase.

You can choose one of the following processes:
1. Parcel Exchange: Parcel the t-shirt to our E-Hub (Exchange Hub) using any courier service of your choice. Ensure that the product remains intact and unused, as we do not exchange used products. Teepgy can arrange a chargeable pickup service (subject to pin codes). Once we receive your parcel, we will verify it and ship the new product/new desired size with your consent. Please note that we do not accept To-Pay orders. If the new required size is unavailable, you can select any other available design.
2. Visit Exchange Hub: You can also visit our E-Hub (Exchange Hub) personally to exchange the product on the spot. Again, ensure that the product remains intact and unused. If you plan to visit our exchange hub in Salt Lake, please inform us one day prior via Phone/WhatsApp. Our E-Hub is closed on Sundays and major holidays. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Kindly note that the exchange will only be processed if we receive the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.*

Q. Are there any exchange policies on official merchandise?

Currently, there are no exchange policies on any official merchandise.

Defective Product Exchange: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. Teepgy will facilitate the exchange process seamlessly. You can reach out to us via phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook to report such issues.

Unavailable Size for Exchange: If the new required size is unavailable, you can choose any other design available in the desired size.
